We access the whole of the market for Senior Debt funding, including the appropriate Challenger Banks, both UK and offshore. Senior debt funding is the cheapest type of loan; senior debt lenders typically fund up to 65% of Gross Development Value, or 80% of project costs.
We can assist both first time developers and experienced developers and will give you access to a wide range of senior debt lenders whose ethos combines well with any equity partner we may bring in.
